What a great place! My 1st time to Berge after a long history with a competitor in Chandler. I moved so I am closer to Berge now & happy I’m here! Christian service advisor was super! Quiet - clean - FRIENDLY - knowledgeable & courteous! I had an appointment- was greeted & my car was taken in immediately- no long lines - waiting area is pleasant with many amenities. Easy to make an appointment & communication was clear via follow up text & email. Inspection/diagnosis video sent from technician with recommended service options & pricing - lots of transparency. I cannot say enough great things about Berge & I highly recommend! Thank you!

Scheduled a 15,000 mile service and brought my RAV 4 in at 8:30am. Service advisor told me it would be an hour and a half to 2 hour wait to rotate the tires and perform the inspection. The dealership sent me a video of what they checked and the tolerances of the tires and brakes. About 45 minutes later they notified me that my car was ready. Fast efficient service. Clear communication. Not too busy or backlogged. I will definitely be back for my 20,000 mile service. Christian was very professional and helpful throughout the process as well.

Enrique and Yoham in sales, Caesar in financing and Josh Lewis in servicing are the best! Berge is the only dealership we’ll go to and recommend to our friends and family. We’ve bought multiple cars with Enrique over the years and it’s always been a great experience we can rely and trust. They are honest, transparent, and no bs. They treat us and anyone we recommend like family with utmost respect and friendliness. We even shopped around at other dealerships for our recent car, but ended up back at Berge because their customer service cannot be beat. They truly care for their customers. Once you shop with Berge, you don’t want to go anywhere else.

Josh L. Is always welcoming. Greets with a smile. Attentive to discuss what the vehicle is in for. I really like that the te Vivian sends a video to show what the vehicle needs and explains it as well. Keeping the customer informed. It is also great the video sent shows the product -cost-and yes/no to continue or not. May customer may choose what is wanting to be worked on. Thabk you for always a great experience. I had a great experience with Toon during my 4Runner service. What stood out most was that he never came across as pushy or focused on selling me things I didn’t need. Instead, he took the time to explain the recommended services, why they were important, and how they would help maintain the performance and longevity of my vehicle. Best sales staff ever. Shopping for a Toyota new or used - go here. I and family members have purchased, traded and upgraded cars and pick up trucks over the years with the same sales team - never been disappointed. What brought me here years ago was when other Toyota dealer service departments took days and couldn't fix my hylander. Here they figured out the problem within hours and fixed it at a good price. Then I discovered the sales team and their approach of listening to what I want and need first.... now over the last 20 years I've never purchased a car from anywhere else. Bottom-line There are closer dealerships but we choose to go to Berge for the professional freindly sales team and the highly trained experts in the service department.

When people think of dealerships, the first thing that comes to mind is purchasing a vehicle - new or used. I would like to recognize Ernesto in the parts department! I called regarding an intermittent issue that's happened only twice to discuss what might be needed, costs and availability, i.e. was the part in stock currently. Not only did Ernesto have procurement expertise, he was able to assist with my potential troubleshooting questions and deductions as well as service and replacement recommendations! He was straightforward and so willing to help! As a single woman, I can tell you I've had more than one experience where I've had motor vehicle issues (both major and minor) and felt like I was not being treated the same way I would be if I was a man. Ernesto was incredibly professional and treated me like an educated consumer while making sure I had a smart path forward regarding my vehicle maintenance. Thank you, Ernesto!
