I have gone to three other Toyota dealerships (Autonation Tempe, Earnhardt, Avondale) and none can match Berge. I live in Gilbert and drive to go see Freddy Carrillo specifically at Berge Toyota. He is knowledgeable and honest. I don’t know much about cars but he’s never made me feel that way. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and doesn’t try to force any sales on me. He makes the long experience of getting an oil change/tire rotation worth it. Highly recommend!

I must say this is the best experience I have ever had with a dealership in my life and I am 76 years old. I can't say enough wonderful things about Reilly. He went way above what was necessary to keep me and Linda comfortable the entire time and made us feel like a member of his own family. Because of their collective hospitality I promise you I would not hesitate driving another 8 hours from Santa Fe New Mexico to purchase another vehicle from Berge.

Shopping for a new car this is the only place to go. Long story comes down to Berge Toyota has never preasured me, or taken half a day to buy a car or truck. Over 20 years ago they were able to fixed a breaking problem the other dealers couldn't. That started my comming only here for anything Toyota. That turned into every new car purchase being a Toyota from the Riverview location. The sales team treat me like family and they make sure everything is right. And no I don't work for them or Toyota - I just appreciate their listening to what I want then figure out not just what is in stock but what is comming in. That way you get what you want not just what they have on the lot.

Everyone I’ve encountered while there on various occasions has been kind and helpful. They are great with communicating what is going on and will send a well detailed inspection video of your video. My one complaint is the pricing; which can be typical for a dealership. I was given a list of 5 items of things that needed to be done-2 of which were critical. For those two things, it would be almost $400. Instead, I got them done with my auto guy for $170. So there is a definitely mark-up for items.

I honestly want to thank Adam A. & Vinny and Cher Warren at Toyota Berge for making this the best experience and helping us getting into newer vehicles and just being honest with us and helping us out. Adam was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions and as well any concerns. I definitely recommend his expertise and especially customer service that definitely comes along way he is Awesome! Vinny has been the go to with our past purchase he’s top notch and goes above and beyond! If you go with Toyota you will be treated like family! I traded my vehicle in for a newer vehicle and Cher was hands down the best at what she does! Great customer service and takes pride in her knowledge. She went above and beyond and will definitely her for any of your future purchases! Thank you Toyota!

I recently visited Berge Toyota to test-drive a Corolla Cross. Adam and Drew were both helpful and courteous, and everyone treated me with respect. There was no pressure, my questions were answered, and I appreciated the positive experience. I'm not ready to buy yet, but when I am, I'll keep Berge Toyota in mind.
