My Rav 4 was over heating on our drive out of the valley. We pulled into Berge fearing the worst. Wes, a service writer, popped the hood and discovered the radiator cap was loose, I had some work done on car at a different auto shop the week before. I had been driving around burning off fluid all week. No sign of leaks or a problem untill we got on freeway. Wes had me buy a gallon of radiator fluid, he filled my car up, and we were back on the road. No other charge. He was already busy, but took the time to help. Great service.

This was my first time buying a car and the Berge company made the whole process so easy and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! And was willing to show us every car on the lot if necessary. Cher Warren was skillful in getting us financing, good job!
